5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed at the time of purchase. Payments must be completed to access the ordered item or service.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Online Services

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and no significant work has begun, you may request a refund. Once work commences, the service fee is non-refundable due to resource allocation. Alternatively, you may transfer the remaining service entitlement to another party or a future date by contacting us via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of download if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Requests must be submitted through the contact form. Upon approval, access will be revoked and the fee will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days. After 14 days or if content has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 7 business days. If items are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Custom or personalized products are non-refundable due to individualized production.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
